Artistic bio

Barb rocked up to Yirra Yaakin Theatre Companys Writer’s Group in 2015. Her short plays have had rehearsed readings as part of Yirra Yaarnz since 2015 and include scripts: Cracked (2015), Banned (2016), Go Fish (2017), Turtle Pool (2018), Prickly (2019), Perpetuity (2020), Business (2024), and Funny Business (2025). This inspired her to expand theatrical creativity into poetry, art reviewing, and spoken word performance. Independent collaborative productions include: ASK (2024) and Tall Standing Yorga (2025).
